In the pages that follow, you will find a complete description of my experience providing successful professional engineering services to municipal, private and industrial clients. Serving in Senior Management/Department Management positions throughout my career, I posess the following: deep, multi-faceted department management, business unit management, project implementation, engineering/finance experience, a knack for building business relationships and a passion for entrepreneurship. I enjoy using my expertise to serve both public and private clients. In many roles, I have had full responsibility for planning, directing, supervising all technical, financial, business and administrative aspects of my project work. I am known for delivering quality projects and maintaining sustainable clients.

Briefly, in my career I have obtained proficiency in the following areas:

Subject matter expertise in Anaerobic Digestion System processes/engineering design, design plans and specifications preparation, construction observation/management, and commissioning/operation;

Subject matter expertise in Wastewater Collection and Treatment System processes/engineering design, design plans and specifications preparation, construction observation/management, and commissioning/operation;

Subject matter expertise in Design/Build (“D/B”), Design/Build/Operate (“D/B/O”) and Engineer Procure Construct (“EPC”) project delivery methods: writing proposals, conducting interviews, recommending selection, participating “at the table” in legal contract negotiations, authoring contract technical exhibits, monitoring contracts during construction, developing/negotiating O&M contracts, and monitoring facilities operations; and

Extensive professional practice expertise in the Engineering Due Diligence required for Non-Recourse – Tax Exempt Bond Financing and Bank Financing of private developer projects; Acted on behalf of investment banks and lending institutions in due diligence; Interacted with Investors; and Prepared Official Offering Statement’s Independent Engineers Report offered on Wall Street.

In addition to the above, my polished presentation/instruction skills can be an asset to any business’s development efforts. Presentations have been regularly given to: mayors, city councils, town selectmen, prospective investors, conference attendees, finance directors, regulatory authorities, corporate directors, & plant operators.
